(KRON) — The Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department (LPFD) said several emergency crews responded to a car crashing into a Pleasanton home over the weekend.
LPFD said the vehicle collision happened Sunday at a residence located off South Valley Trails. Officials said the driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital for further evaluation.
It is not clear what charges the driver may face for the incident. It is unknown if alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash.
A Pleasanton building engineer assessed the damage and told LPFD to have crews “shore up the affected portion of the building.”
It was not reported if anyone was in the building at the time of the collision. An exact time of the incident was not provided.
