Will Smith plans to get “Jiggy Wit It” overseas this summer.
The Oscar-winning actor and Grammy-winning rapper is headed to Morocco, Europe and the United Kingdom for his Based on a True Story Tour.
Smith’s tour is named after his upcoming album “Based on a True Story,” which is set to be released on March 28. This is Smith’s first full-length album in 20 years.
“I’m going on tour this summer!!” he exclaimed on Instagram in a post on Monday. “We’re hitting up the U.K. and Europe to bring U all the hits, some new joints, and a few surprises. All these years, I’ve NEVER done a headline tour and I can’t wait to see you guys!!”

Everything begins on June 25 with Smith set to perform at the Moroccan international music festival, Mawazine. He’ll be working the festival circuit, which includes the BIG ART Festival in Italy on July 25, the POSITIV Festival in Orange, France on July 31 and Aug. 1 and the Dreambeach in Spain on Aug. 9.
He starts headlining on July 13 in Hamburg, Germany, and then he moves to Hannover and Frankfurt. In August he then headlines shows in the United Kingdom before moving to France in September.
“Tag a friend, tag all ur friends, tag ya auntie and em, bring errbody! We’re gonna have some fun!” Smith told his over 69 million followers.
Presales for Smith’s tour start on March 19 at 10:00 a.m. local time, with general sales starting on March 21 at 10:00 a.m. local time.
