(KRON) — A later sunrise this morning will reveal crystal clear skies and yet another gorgeous day around the corner. Highs will rise well into the 60s with the chance of a couple of low 70s being reached as well.
Rainfall returns Wednesday, with more rain coming on Friday and Sunday. According to the National Weather Service, rainfall is expected to be heavy with gusty winds.
With the increased rainfall, flash flooding could occur.
Across the Sierra Nevada, heavy mountain snow is expected.
