SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Monday will be a crisp, sunny day with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s. Hazardous beach conditions remain in effect throughout the day.
The National Weather Service warns of an increased chance of sneaker waves and rip currents with breaking waves up to 20 feet. A high surf advisory and beach hazards statement is set to expire at 9 p.m. Monday.
The week ahead looks active but most rainfall will actually skirt south of the Bay Area. The region’s best opportunity for rainfall will be on Wednesday lingering into early Thursday.
