SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Two southbound lanes on Highway 101 on the Golden Gate Bridge are blocked for pothole repair Thursday, according to the California Highway Patrol. The pothole is near midspan on the bridge, according to the CHP.
The lanes are expected to be blocked until about 2 p.m. Officials say to expect delays.
The lane blockages on the bridge come in the midst of ongoing delays on the southbound 101 in South San Francisco. Earlier on Thursday morning, a big rig crashed on the section of roadway, spilling diesel fuel across three lanes of traffic.
