SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — The NBA All-Star weekend gets underway Friday with games, events and activations set to take place in and around San Francisco for the next several days. Despite the cancellation of Thursday’s All-Star 2025 tip-off party due to weather, there is a packed schedule of events running through Sunday.
NBA All-Star 2025 schedule:
Friday, Feb. 14
- Castrol Rising Stars Practice: 9:30 a.m., Oakland Arena — “The best young players in the NBA will hit the court for practice”
- Basketball Hall of Fame News Conference: 3 p.m. — “The finalists for the Class of 2025 will be announced”
- Ruffles All-Star Celebrity Game: 4 p.m., Oakland Arena — “A roster of musicians, athletes, actors and more will compete in the annual Celebrity Game”
- Castrol Rising Stars: Team C vs. Team T: 6:15 p.m., Chase Center
- Castrol Rising Stars: Team G League vs. Team M: 6:55 p.m., Chase Center
- Castrol Rising Stars Championship (Game 3): 7:35 p.m., Chase Center
Saturday, Feb. 15
- All-Star Practice & Media Day: 11 a.m., Oakland Arena — “The All-Stars will have a practice session and meet with members of the media”
- NBA HBCU Classic: 3 p.m., Oakland Arena — “Morehouse College will take on Tuskegee University in the NBA HBCU Classic”
- Commissioner Adam Silver News Conference: 4 p.m. — Commissioner Silver will deliver remarks on the state of the league, All-Star Weekend and take questions from the media”
- State Farm All-Star Saturday Night: 5 p.m., Chase Center — “State Farm All-Star Saturday Night brings together the NBA’s biggest stars in a celebration of the skills that make the NBA great”
- KIA Skills Challenge: 5 p.m.
- Starry 3-Point Contest: 5 p.m.
- AT&T Slam Dunk: 5 p.m.
Sunday, Feb. 16
- NBA Legends Brunch: 11 a.m. — “The National Basketball Retired Players Association hosts its annual awards event”
- G League Up Next Game: 12:30 p.m., Moscone Center — “The game will feature a tournament-style format with four teams composed of some of the G League’s most exciting players”
- Kenny’s Young Stars vs. Chuck’s Global Stars: 5:20 p.m., Chase Center
- Shaq’s OGs vs. Candace’s Rising Stars: 6:10 p.m., Chase Center
- All-Star Championship (Game 3): 7 p.m., Chase Center
