SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Several people were injured after a crash involving multiple vehicles Sunday evening in the SoMa neighborhood, the San Francisco Fire Department (SFFD) said. First responders received a call around 6:10 p.m. for a collision at 6th Street between Bryant and Harrison under the Bay Bridge.
There were a total of eight victims, according to SFFD. One of them died, and two more were taken to the hospital for life-threatening injuries.
Seven vehicles were involved in the crash, the fire department said. The two victims with life-threatening injuries are currently at SF General Hospital.
