Many in Los Angeles County perhaps woke up to a panic at about 4 a.m. on Friday as another evacuation warning was sent to smartphones throughout the area.
This time, just like the one sent out on Thursday afternoon, was another mistake.

The City of Beverly Hills confirmed the error on Friday morning, stating that there are no such evacuation warnings being made in that area.
The early morning warnings come after a mass event in the afternoon on Thursday in which every person in Los Angeles County received the message on their smartphones.
The messages, confirmed to be an error by County Supervisor Janice Hahn, were received by people as far as San Bernardino and Riverside counties.
As of 5:30 a.m. Friday, no new evacuations have been issued in relation to the Palisades, Eaton and Kenneth fires.
