These restaurants offer free food to evacuees, first responders affected by Southern California wildfires

As several fast-moving wildfires continue devastating Southern California, many restaurants are offering free food to evacuated residents and first responders.

Thousands of residents were forced to flee as encroaching flames leveled homes and structures, leaving devastation in its wake. Restaurants that have not burned down or are located away from the fires have opened their doors to offer free food and a place of rest for evacuated residents and first responders.

• Norms – Free meals for first responders and firefighters from Jan. 9-12.
• Sizzler locations in Van Nuys, Los Feliz, Palmdale and Fox Hills – Free meals for first responders and evacuees
• Shake Shack – Free Shackburgers for first responders through Jan. 12
• Yeastie Boys – Multiple locations
• Goop Kitchen — Meal delivery to firefighters and first responders

Arcadia

• Sushi Kisen — Open on Jan. 9 for dinner and offering 20% off all meals

Beverly Hills 

• Crustacean — Free pho and garlic noodles to evacuees, first responders, and firefighters 

Crenshaw

• Harold & Belles – Free meals to first responders 

Culver City 

• Maple Block BBQ – Free sandwich, side and drink for first responders 
• Roberta’s Pizza – Free pizza for first responders
