Missing at-risk 90-year-old man sought by Berkeley PD

(KRON) — The Berkeley Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find 90-year-old Hisao Tsukamoto.

Tsukamoto is considered at-risk and may be confused on how to get home, said Berkeley PD.

Tsukamoto is described as 5-foot-5 tall, with a thin build, and has gray hair and brown eyes.

Berkeley PD said Tsukamoto was last seen around 2 p.m. Monday in the area of Russell and Regent streets. He is also known to walk in the area of Adeline Street and Alcatraz Avenue, as well as Shattuck Avenue and Oregon Street.

Police said Tsukamoto does not speak English but may understand some English.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call Berkeley PD.
