The California Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert Wednesday afternoon for a 14-year-old girl who was abducted in Inglewood.
The CHP said Nevaeh Holden was last seen near the intersection of 97th Street and Flower Street.
Holden is approximately 5 feet 5 inches and weighs around 100 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black shirt, black leggings, black Croc sandals and a pink headwrap, CHP said.
She’s believed to have been taken or abducted by 59-year-old Edward Mason, the Amber Alert states.
Mason is 6 feet 2 inches and weighs around 220 pounds. He has black and gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen driving a black 2013 Dodge Caravan with license plates 6ZM7987.
It’s currently unclear what, if any, relationship the girl has with the older suspect.
Anyone who might encounter Holden or her alleged abductor is urged to immediately cally 911.
