(KRON) — Crews were working to put out an overnight RV fire on Monday in Newark, the Alameda County Fire Department announced on social media. Firefighters responded to the 35000 block of Sheridan Court at around 2:43 a.m.
The fire that engulfed an RV in flames spread to a two-story home, officials said. No injuries were reported. Video (above) shows several firefighters on the roof of the house working to extinguish the blaze.
The fire was knocked down around 4:15 a.m., authorities said.

The 35000 block of Sheridan Court is near Duck Island Park in Newark.
ACFD posted on X about the fire at 2:07 p.m. on Monday. It is unknown how the fire started. No other information was available.
