(KRON) — Twelve arrests were made in connection to a grand theft earlier this month at a Target in San Jose, the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office (SCCSO) announced Sunday. Authorities said thieves stole thousands of dollars of merchandise from the Target at 450 N Capitol Ave.
A total of almost $5,300 worth of merchandise was stolen and later recovered by authorities, according to SCCSO. Stolen items include over-the-counter medicine, beauty products, a vacuum, a drone and various food items (pictured below).

The suspects arrested in connection to this theft were not identified by SCCSO. The law enforcement agency did not specify when the theft at the Target occurred.
“No matter what it is, if you attempt to steal from stores in Santa Clara County, remember we have a team ready to stop you!” SCCSO wrote on X.
