(KRON) — A PG&E outage in Oakland Tuesday morning is impacting thousands of customers, KRON4.com has confirmed. A spokesperson with Pacific Gas & Electric Company told KRON4 that 3,958 customers have been impacted.
The outage began just before 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. The utility said it is working to restore power to customers safely and as fast as possible.
The cause of the outage is under investigation, PG&E said.
