(KRON) – Methamphetamine and an unregistered firearm were found in a Santa Rosa traffic stop, according to the Santa Rosa Police Department.
At 9 p.m. on Saturday, Santa Rosa police officers said they pulled over a car for “various vehicle code equipment violations.” Police said the driver of the car admitted to having marijuana and methamphetamine.

Officers searched the vehicle and the occupants. Santa Rosa PD said they located a Glock model 48 (9mm) in the passenger’s waist holster. The passenger, later identified as Jacob Miller, was also in possession of meth.
Miller was arrested and booked into jail for the following charges:
- Possession of a firearm by a prohibited person
- Carry a concealed, loaded firearm in public
- Unlawful possession of a firearm as not the registered owner with the Department of Justice
- Possession of a controlled substance with a loaded firearm
- Possession of live ammunition by a prohibited person
