A woman from Michigan who has been missing for over a week may have traveled to California, police there say.
Lucy Silverman, 71, is a resident of Wyoming, Michigan – a city immediately southwest of Grand Rapids – and was last seen at 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 1, according to the Wyoming Police Department and reports from KTLA sister station WOOD.
Her last known location was in the area of Clyde Park Avenue SW and Blanchard Street SW in the city of Wyoming, police said.
Silverman is believed to be driving a silver 2005 Toyota Corolla with a Michigan license plate: EWP3022.
Investigators believe she may be headed for California, although the exact location in California where she may be going was not known.
Silverman is described as a white woman with brown hair who stands 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs about 195 pounds. What she was wearing last is unknown.
She requires care for multiple medical disorders, police say, and her family is concerned for her wellbeing.
