(KRON) — A drug lab was uncovered Friday morning at a residence in Union City following a probation search, according to the Union City Police Department.
UCPD Officer Stubbs performed a stop of a man on probation in the 33000 block of Condor Drive at around 8 a.m. A search of the man’s residence located “evidence of a clandestine drug lab,” police said.
Photos shared by Union City PD show various tubing and dark liquids and substances at the scene. The Alameda County Fire Department’s Hazardous Material Unit responded to the residence to safely dismantle the drug lab.
Union City police called the find “another great spot by Officer Stubbs.”
