TUSTIN — A 36-year-old man was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of exposing himself to students at Utt Middle School in Tustin.
The Santa Ana resident was booked on suspicion of indecent exposure and child annoyance, according to police.
Since September, three students at the school at 13601 Browning Ave. reported seeing a man exposing himself from a vehicle as they walked to school, police said. That prompted police to set up surveillance, which led to the arrest, according to the Tustin Police Department.
Officers spotted the suspect pulling up to a student and exposing himself, police said. The man was arrested following a traffic stop.
A police statement said the suspect drives a 2014 Kia Optima. Anyone who may have information relevant to the investigation was asked to call police at 714-573-3200.
