(BCN) — Police in Fairfield are looking for people who may have witnessed a fatal collision between a pedestrian and a vehicle last week, the department said Wednesday.
A woman who was crossing the intersection at East Travis Boulevard and Kidder Avenue at about 11 p.m. on Oct. 2 was struck and killed by a driver of a truck traveling westbound.
Arrested was Angelica Medina, 44, of Suisun City, who was suspected of hitting the woman with her truck and being under the influence of drugs, police said.
Anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or has any information regarding this case, should please call police dispatch at (707)-428-7300 and ask to be connected with the Traffic Unit.
