(KRON) — A Silver Alert has been issued Thursday afternoon for a missing San Jose man, California Highway Patrol announced on social media. Yongchang Chen, 66, was last seen on Thursday, Sept. 26 around 8:17 a.m. in San Jose.
Chen is described to be 5-foot-8 and 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark shirt, green vest, dark pants, gray shoes and black ballcap.

Chen is believed to be on foot, authorities said.
Anyone who locates Chen is asked to call 911.
