(KRON) — The Los Altos Police Department released a sketch of the suspect in an assault with a deadly weapon against an 89-year-old man last week.
The assault happened on Sept. 16 between the late morning and mid-afternoon near Foothill Expressway and Highway 280. The elderly victim was found unconscious.
The suspect was described as a white man, 20-40 years old, about 6’0″, 180 pounds with a thin to average build. A witness helped describe the suspect and create a sketch.
The victim has been released from the hospital and is recovering at home, police said.
