(KRON) — Former President Donald Trump slammed the city of San Francisco and Vice President Kamala Harris in his latest press conference, which was held at his private golf club in Los Angeles, California on Friday.
“[Harris] destroyed San Francisco and she destroyed the state,” said Trump.
Trump discussed San Francisco’s homeless population, stating that it grew significantly under Governor Gavin Newsom and Harris. VP Harris is the former district attorney of San Francisco.
Trump also attacked Harris for her decision not to sentence the killer of San Francisco police officer Issac Espinoza in 2004 when she was a prosecutor.
Trump said Harris lied about working at McDonald’s. Trump said there was a “fake news” investigation regarding the veracity of her employment at the burger chain.
Trump is scheduled to have a fundraiser in the Bay Area on Friday, which is being held by Tom Siebel. He is a distant relative of California’s first lady, Jennifer Siebel-Newsom.
