SAN MATEO COUNTY, Calif. (KRON) — Former President Donald Trump is back in the Bay Area on Friday for a fundraising event for his re-election. This is the second trip in three months in California.
We The People California is organizing a rally that will commence at 9 a.m. at El Camino Park in Palo Alto.
The attendees will then take the “Trump Train” to a non-disclosed location in Woodside for the fundraiser.
Tom Siebel, a distant cousin of Jennifer Siebel Newsom, will be hosting the fundraiser.
The event’s tickets are a bit on the pricier side, with one person having to pay $150,000 for entry. A couple is required to pay $500,000, which makes registering separately more cost-friendly. A photo with Trump can cost anywhere from $35,000 to $70,000.
Trump on Thursday ruled out another presidential debate against Vice President Kamala Harris as her campaign announced a massive fundraising haul in the hours after the two candidates met on stage.
