Add KFC to the list of fast food giants boasting $5 deals this summer.
There are two new items offered for a fiver on the chicken chain’s Taste of KFC menu, according to a news release.

KFC Chicken Nuggets features eight Original Recipe nuggets plus fries and the choice of two sauces.
The Famous Bowl with KFC Chicken Nuggets features chicken and sweet corn and shredded cheese on top of mashed potatoes and gravy.
Also on the value menu is a two-piece drum and thigh combo, served with mashed potatoes and a biscuit.
Beverages aren’t included in the deals.
As is common with these $5 offers, the fine print says prices may vary and may be higher in California.
Other combos on KFC’s menu are in the $10-$15 range and include soft drinks.
