About three dozen people gathered near the Huntington Beach Pier on Sunday afternoon, July 14, to rally in support of former President Donald Trump a day after he was injured in an apparent assassination attempt during a Pennsylvania rally.
Supporters waved flags and held signs in support of Trump along Pacific Coast Highway, with some passing drivers honking in approval.
“I’m grateful that he wasn’t really injured,” Huntington Beach resident Kenny Thomas said.
