A teacher’s aide at Utt Middle School in Tustin was arrested last week on suspicion of inappropriately touching a 12-year-old girl, authorities said.
Giacomo “Jack” Antonio Valdivieso-Vargas, 21, was arrested on Thursday, June 27, on suspicion of felony child abuse, child annoyance, and lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years old, according to the Tustin Police Department.
He was also accused of making sexual remarks to two other 12-year-old girls.
