The French Avenue at Irvine Spectrum Center, 668 Spectrum Center Drive, Irvine, which was ordered closed June 4 because of insufficient hot water, was allowed to reopen June 10.
3 Blossoms at 10495 Bolsa Ave., Suite 108, Westminster, which was ordered closed June 4 because of a cockroach infestation, was allowed to reopen June 7.
