Woman found dead in Huntington Beach home

The death of a woman at a Huntington Beach residence on Friday, May 31 was deemed by authorities to be a homicide, and a search for the killer continued into the weekend.

Around 2:30 p.m., officers were called to the home in the 1100 block of England Street in response to a suspicious death, according to the Huntington Beach Police Department. The woman was found dead inside with evidence that police say indicated a homicide.

The victim’s identity was not available on Saturday.

Authorities say that the death was isolated, though additional information was not immediately released, including the cause of death or how authorities were notified.
