Notable this week: No. 1 Orange Lutheran has clinched a fifth consecutive Trinity League title with one game remaining, a road trip against Mater Dei on Monday. … No. 2 Pacifica has secured at least a share of the Empire League crown while No. 3 Canyon can earn the Crestview League title outright with a win at Esperanza on Tuesday. … No. 4 Los Alamitos will aim for an undefeated Sunset League title with a triumph at Huntington Beach on Tuesday.
ORANGE COUNTY SOFTBALL TOP 25

1. Orange Lutheran (17-3): Kai Minor enters the final week of the regular season hitting .442 with three home runs and 14 RBIs.

2. Pacifica (20-2): Kaniya Bragg leads the Mariners in home runs (six) and RBIs (19) and ranks second in runs scored (20).

3. Canyon (21-4): The Comanches could turn to Bella Alcala or Paloma Saenz at shortstop if Jade Diaz misses time with a shoulder injury.

4. Los Alamitos (19-5): Cienna Kowaleski went 2 for 2 with a home run and Cari Ferguson pitched five strong innings in a 9-0 win against Marina last week.

5. Capistrano Valley (18-4): Quinn Southerland is hitting .551 with 13 stolen bases for the Sea View League champion Cougars.

6. Huntington Beach (16-6): The Oilers can earn a share of the Sunset League title with a victory against Los Alamitos on Tuesday.

7. Esperanza (15-9): Taylor Shumaker enters the final week of the regular season with 18 home runs, two shy of tying Orange County’s single-season record.

8. El Modena (17-8): Kaitlyn Galasso is hitting .476 with 25 runs scored for the Vanguards, who start the week in third place in the Crestview League.

9. Marina (16-8-1): Rylee Gonzalez is batting .421 for the Vikings, who need two wins this week to tie for third in the Sunset.

10. Mission Viejo (18-5-1): The Diablos can claim the South Coast League title outright with a win against visiting Tesoro on Wednesday.
