Ocean View announced Wednesday that it has promoted Daniel Hurtado to head coach for its boys and girls cross country teams and Chris Melton to boys basketball head coach.
Hurtado has been on the cross country coaching staff at Ocean View. Melton has been on the boys basketball coaching staff at the school.
