A homicide investigation is underway Monday after a man and a woman were found dead inside a Los Angeles County home over the weekend.
Deputies responded to a gunshot victim call in the 13200 block of Corley Drive in the city of La Mirada around 5:30 a.m. Saturday.
“Upon arrival, deputies located a female adult and male adult inside the location, suffering from gunshot wounds,” the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said in its news release on Monday.
Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene by personnel from the L.A. County Fire Department.
The ages and identities of the victims have not been released.
