(KRON) – A ghost gun with multiple magazines and a machete was found during a vehicle search, according to the San Jose Police Department.
Around noon on Friday, San Jose police officers pulled over a vehicle for a code violation on S King Road near Jessica Way.
The driver, according to SJPD, was on probation. Officers discovered the driver was a registered sex offender who was out of compliance with his sex registration, which led to his arrest.
In a search of the probationer’s vehicle, police found a loaded privately manufactured ghost gun, three loaded magazines, a machete and narcotics.
