(KRON) – A fatal shooting left one person dead on Saturday, according to the Oakland Police Department.
Around 7:15 p.m., Oakland police officers responded to the 8400 block of International Boulevard due to the report of a shooting.
Responding officers located a victim with gunshot wound(s). Despite paramedic personnel responding to the scene, the victim was pronounced dead.
The victim’s identity is being withheld until the next-of-kin is notified.
