(KRON) – A 63-year-old man was arrested by The Benicia Police Department for vandalizing multiple businesses in the city, the department announced on its social media.
Numerous businesses in downtown Benicia’s windows were smashed. Benicia PD said they connected a suspect to the defaced windows.
Officers said they located the suspect hiding in the yard of a local business.
The suspect was arrested and booked into the Solano County Jail for suspicion of felony vandalism, felony probation violation, misdemeanor obstruction/resting arrested a peace officer and misdemeanor trespassing/refusing to leave by order.
