SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — A person who reportedly fell off Pier 45 in San Francisco was successfully rescued Wednesday afternoon, according to the San Francisco Fire Department. The person, described as an adult, was clinging to a pier piling.
In an update posted at 1:25 p.m., SFFD said marine units had rescued someone who was being evaluated by San Francisco Department of Emergency Management personnel.
